In the fall two new groups will be starting....

 

Social Skills

 

This group is for high functioning autistic, asperger, and developmentally delayed adolescents.  Two licensed therapist and one intern take the group into real life situations, and teach life skills.  This is not a highly structured group and we support client decision making within the community.  We have been to the mall, restaurants, hiking, and other teen chosen events.  The first Thursday of every month we will meet at the office to decide the activities of the group for the following sessions, meet new group members, discuss issues. (new members can only join on the first Thursday of the month)  

 

This Group meets Thursdays 4:00pm to 5:30pm 

 

Siblings of Autistic Children

 

This group will support the siblings of autistic children in there daily struggles at home that come about due to Autistic problems in the home.  

 

This group meets Thursdays 6:00pm to 7:30pm

 

All groups are $25.00 per session.  More that 2 outstanding sessions will result in termination of group privileges.
